How do I place an order?
Visit boimart.com, choose your books, and proceed to checkout. Just fill in your name, phone number, and address — your order will be placed, and we’ll deliver it to your doorstep via Cash on Delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, if you receive the wrong or a damaged book, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return, exchange, or refund after verifying the issue. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Dhaka usually takes 2–3 working days, and outside Dhaka 3–5 days. We’ll keep you informed if there are any delays.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We only collect your name, number, and address to deliver your order. We don’t store payment info and never share your data with others.
